Almost all orders we send in the US and internationally use USPS mail. Prices may change due to changes in USPS.
All customers will receive a USPS tracking number after placing an order.
Transportation time does not include production time. Production time may vary between 1-12 working days, depending on the season and stock conditions.
Please note that the price does not include VAT and possible customs duties unique to other customer countries. If the customer does not pay VAT, the item may be returned, and pillowmy.com will not refund the order.
Due to several factors beyond the control of logistics (including national holidays, customs processing in the country where the customer is located, value-added tax, and other possible circumstances), orders may be delayed.
We tried our best, and almost never delivered late. By placing an order with us, customers can accept possible delivery delays and do not delay delivery excessively. Only in extreme cases or when an error occurs, we will provide a refund for the wrong delivery. We do not refund for late delivery.
If the customer submits the wrong address and requests to change the address within 24 hours after placing the order, the customer will not be refunded and the order will not be resent. Please check your address when submitting it.
After the order is submitted, we cannot guarantee the cancellation or refund of your order. Usually, orders are sent to production within a few hours to ensure fast delivery for all customers. If your order has been put into production, the product cannot be refunded or exchanged because the product is customized.
